Five Yoga Videos To Chill Out To This Friday


TGIF! Can I get an amen up in here? Fridays are the best not only because it’s Friday, but because when Mark gets home he does this little excited dance because he’s just so darn happy. Then we usually stick on some Celine Dion and sing really loudly. Our neighbours love it. If you’ve got that Friday feeling too then I thought I’d share my top five Yoga videos to chill out to. Endorphin-releasing you’ll feel all refreshed if you’re heading out on the town later or super relaxed for your date with Dominos and a box set tonight (I’m going for the latter).

Now of course all of my following recommendations come from the babe-a-licious Yoga With Adriene, because she’s the best darn Yoga teacher that I’m come across so far and because she really does cater for all levels. Her videos are clear and easy to follow and she talks just the right amount – encouraging and hilarious. It’s a great mix…
