CHANEL Loveliness and Label Makers

Five Things

It’s time to bundle together the best of beauty, fashion and everything in between from the past seven days. Edited down to five of the top products, videos, posts, releases and the rest that have had me clicking away:

1) The Palette That I Really Don’t Need But Massively Want. There is something about the Viseart Eyeshadow Palette in Neutral Matte that just keeps me coming back. There’s a hype around it, then it dies down and then it’s back on my radar again with another one of my most-trusted makeup inspirations posting a rave. Does anyone have it? Can I justify it? Please say yes…

2) So I Went Shopping… I feel like I actually picked up some really good and interesting (for once) items of clothing this week. With the new hair – more on that next week – and a new home coming soon I feel like times are a’changing and it’s about time that I try something new with my style. I’ll post a little wardrobe-y type video ASAP.

3) Surf Spray Gets a Hydrating Oomph. Well isn’t this a welcome surprise? Say hello to Bumble & Bumble’s Surf Infusion, their beach hair spitz that’s been given a salt-in-oil makeover that makes it less drying on the the follicle and a  better option for those with dry/coloured locks. I only picked this up last week, so I’ll get testing and get back to you on this one.

4) CHANEL’s Summer Drop Gets a Thumbs Up. OMG. It’s so dreamy. It’s rare that a collection is released and I covet it all, but the CHANEL Les Beiges Summer ’15 launch is all kinds of amazing. I’ve got an in-depth post due to go up on Monday, but the headline is that the Healthy Glow Hydrating Lip Balm, although doesn’t look much, has been in my handbag ever since I got it.

5) Label Makers + MUJI Pots = BIG LOVE. Being here, there and everywhere recently I’ve got packing down to a fine art and can even stomach unpacking these days (with Mark’s encouragement because he seriously THE BOSS at unpacking) and to downsize my beauty luggage I’ve got a bit handy with my label maker and some MUJI pots. Can regular VDM-ers guess what my little codes mean? +10 reader points for you!
