Lip Pencil Love (again) & My Fitness Journal

Five Things

It’s time to bundle together the best of beauty, fashion and everything in between from the past seven days. Edited down to five of the top products, videos, posts, releases and the rest that have had me clicking away:

1. An addition to yesterday’s post… Cutting down from the shed tonne of fitness routine videos I watch and when I feel like not scoffing down on my dinner while watching them, actually do (I know, weird habit that I’ve got in to), was a toughie, but there’s one I’ve got to add to the collection. Pop Sugar’s 15 Minute Full Body Workout – a fab one to quickly run through when you’re short of time in the AM.

2. Essie Nail Polish in Bahama Mama. Ok, I do love the name of this polish, but that’s not all. It’s a bit of a unique one really; it’s not a berry, or a red – it’s more like a burgundy and it’s perfect for this time of year. It’s all I’ve been wearing for the past few weeks and it matches very well with the lip pencil mentioned in a bit…

3. The best skincare kit I’ve ever laid eyes on. While perusing the Cult Beauty New-In section I stumbled across this beaut of a set – OSKIA’s Renaissance Gift Collection. Check that out. With my all-time favourite cleanser, a fab face mask and a body/hand lotion that would easily make my top five formulas – I’d be tempted to ‘gift’ this to myself.

4. MAC Lip Pencil in BeetI feel like I rave about using the MAC Lip Liners as an all-over-the-lip stain on a weekly basis these days, but seriously they are so long lasting, precise and most importantly matte. I love ’em. Beet is just the best as well, Vino comes in a close second but due to its extremely dry nature, can be a bit of a toughie to layer up, but the berry rouge toned Beet? Well I have no complaints.

5. The training starts NOW. Well Monday… Monday 1st December not only marks the first day of a whole month of eating chocolate first thing in the morning, but also the beginning of my official Half Marathon training. Eeek. To help keep things organised I’ve enlisted the help of this journal, expect to see a peek inside sometime next week and let me tell you – I’ve done my best handwriting inside…
