Your Daily DOSE

I can’t quite put my finger on why I love these DOSE Nail Colour Capsules* so much, is it the pill-like bottles, the hardy formula or the dinky little jar they are presented in? Who knows. All I do know is that my adoration of all things miniature and the fact that I never, ever finish a bottle of nail polish mean that this nifty little trio appeals. Created by the same lady behind STRANGEBEAUTIFUL - Inept Laundress has my name written all over it *swoon* – she clubs together three colour coordinated shades into its own cleverly named family. Note: it’s the same kick-ass formula as the wallet-weepingly expensive STRANGEBEAUTIFUL line, but shhhhhh.  Violets Are Nail Polish has made its way into my stash and for the past few days I’ve been sporting the heather blue hue on my nails – two layers of a smooth application without too much of a fiddle with the diddy applicators and three days on it’s still going strong.

A trio-filled jar will set you back £15 from Cult Beauty or Selfridges (I’ve spotted them in their Beauty Workshop before), and although it’s not the most ml for your money I reckon they’ll make a nice gift for nail colour coveters or yourself alike. In fact after my ode to rouged up polish last week, Happy Girl set is next on my shopping list and ain’t no-one gonna stop me.
