I did it! I finally picked up that MAC Lipstick that I’ve been penning lustful odes to for weeks, Neon Orange. A thick opaque colour that finishes things off with a reddy orange tinge – though more to the orange side of proceedings. What d’ya think? I’ve been attempting to pull it off comboed up with a sheer base, bit of bronzer and my ‘Bans – you know how I feel about shades and bold lippies. And there are no complaints on the formula; it’s an amplified finish so lacquers on loud and proud and stays put until you remove it or go to town on something greasy (tried and tested baby).
The only glitch? It’s a MAC Pro product so is only tangible and take home-able at the MAC stores in Covent Garden and Carnaby Street and not available online but you can call up the MAC Pro line and order by telephone. As that’s a bit of a ballache I’ve got a dupe for you – The Body Shop Colour Crush Lipstick in 105*. Slightly more orangey in tone (I like) and sheerer. And if that fails grab MAC Lipstick in  Morange – the original orange laced red. You can’t go wrong with it.
