How To Be A Morning Person

Now it’s no secret that I’m a lover of ridiculously early wake-up calls (and ridiculously early bedtimes), so today I thought I’d share a few tips and techniques that I incorporate to enable me to resist the snooze button, most of the time. They don’t always work, but for 90% of the time this pre-bed ritual leaves me feeling well-rested and able to feel human when my alarm goes off in the morning at 5.30am. Prepare yourselves for plenty of Lavender Essential Oils, fleecy pyjamas and mood lighting. WARNING: this video may make you want to curl up into a ball and fall asleep immediately.
