….well if it’s good enough for Jessica Alba, then it’s good enough for me. Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in Riviera*: Alba rocked it at the Golden Globes and I’ve been sporting it around the house and on the odd trip to Sainsburys and it’s lush. I was already converted by the shade Muse – these colour-pumped lacquers are up there in my top picks whenever the yearning for a bold lip appears. Easy to use, and smooth enough to apply straight from the applicator, this orange-honed rouge is right up my street and a favourite of the Hourglass Founder, Carisa Janes too (so she told me). Quick tip: one swiped on layer is all that’s needed, no layering or puckering of the lips or things can start to get a little thick and patchy – the key is in one coat.
