Hand Food & Heel Genius

I for one love a body-part specific, nourishing injecting, rich cream to slather on as a finishing touch before bed. It’s on those luxe little steps that elevates you from just slapping on some moisturiser to a pampering goddess and I tell you if I had a penny for every time I’d caught the boy massaging in this hand cream while he thought I wasn’t looking I’d have very heavy pockets indeed – a pampering goddess in the making, who knew? Soap & Glory Hand Food and Soap & Glory Heel Genius have been treating my hands and feet exclusively for the past few months and given their purse friendly credentials and permanent status in my stash it was about time they popped up in a ‘Budget Buy‘…

I’m sure Hand Food needs no introduction, a deskside staple for many this fruity fragranced cream for your mitts does the job perfectly well without being too greasy, sticky or slippery hand slicking. I keep one in my bathroom to encourage myself to remember to slather it on after handwashing and one in my bag for on the go. Oh yes, and there’s one on my bed-side too. It’s fair to say I’m pretty pimped out with Hand Food. Heel Genius is the lesser famous of the two but probably the one I get most in an excited flap about – yep that’s me, getting in a whizz over a foot cream. It’s chocker with kick-ass ingredients: glycerin, macadamia oil and fruit acid smoothers similar to the AHA’s in Alpha H Liquid Gold, the combination of which makes for some seriously silky heels, trust me. I get to work in the bath with the Tweezerman Foot File, then pile this on, slip into some socks (Primark Feet Heaters are rocking my sock drawer at the moment) and lie back and let it get to work. Bring on those summer sandals.

The best bit? You can grab both items for less than this categories slapped on £10 limit with a travel sized Hand Food taking you back £2.50 and Heel Genius, £5.50 from Boots. Bargain – your mitts and tootsies can thank me later…
