Five Beauty Videos You’ve Got to Watch

Five Videos

This Saturday I’m scrapping my usual weekly beauty round-up format because there have been some awesome videos I’ve seen over the past seven days that you’ve just got to view. Check. These. Out…

1. THE Beginner’s Brush Video. I love a good brush-related video, but this one from Sharon Farrell is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of viewing. From face to eyes to cheeks, she explains her favourite brushes for each job and what ones are worth spending your dollar on. Details to the max.

2. Magic Foundation? I must admit that the barrage of Magic Foundation related videos on Charlotte Tilbury’s channel have worked their, well – magic – on me and it’s now top of my shopping list (I’m thinking shade 3 would be a good match – thoughts?). This video is the one that pushed it into purchasing territory.

3. A 360 Vlog. You guys know I’m a bit of a Casey Neistat fan-girl and this video is just something else. A 360 Vlogyou kind of have to see it to believe it. Get it up on a tablet or your phone and don’t watch it over someones shoulder like I did because it will make you feel motion sick after about two minutes.

4. Lisa’s Amazing Tutorial. When Lisa Eldridge uploads a new video I drop everything. Dinner? That can wait. Showering? Pah. Priorities people. I just love the makeup from her Simple Evening Makeup Look for Mature Women video. I often do my Mums and Mark’s mums makeup for special occassions and this gave me some really good, practical tips for when I next get my brushes out on them.

5. Blushed Nude Beauty. I love a good Sandra tutorial and her Blushed Nudes how-to was no exception. She demoed a pinky hue on the eyes with a deliciously nude lip and now a tonne of new products have been added to my shopping list. I just love how she does makeup. Always wearable, always easy and always stunning. What I would do for those cheekbones!
