Swimsuits, Sephora & Sensationail

Five Things

It’s time to bundle together the best of beauty, fashion and everything in between from the past seven days. Edited down to five of the top products, videos, posts, releases and the rest that have had me clicking away:

1) A Very Flattering Swimsuit. I’ve been searching for the perfect not too revealing, flatters in all the right places, no bum-hanging out, swimsuit for the longest of times and I’ve found it in the form of the Oysho Printed Swimsuit. Annoyingly I’m between sizes, but plumped for the M so I can have a Pina Colada belly and not have to suck it in by the pool. L.A – I’m ready for you.

2) So I Made That Sephora Order. You know how I said that I really, really wanted that Viseart Eyeshadow Palette in Neutral Matte? Well I made that Sephora order and I’m bloomin’ glad I did because this is ‘the‘ matte eyeshadow palette that dreams are made of. If you like warm-toned and love a good silky, shine-free formula then this should be on your radar. I’ll pop up a review soon.

3) A Weekly Vlog is On Its Way. This past week I’ve reacquainted myself with my vlogging camera and so next Wednesday it will be like old times with a Weekly Vlog hitting your sub boxes. Thanks for understanding that they’re not really a regular thing these days, but it’s been nice to have a good ol’ chinwag and there’s even a sneak around the new flat in there for ya.

4) A Gel-Based Taupe. I love a good gel-polish on my toenails, not only because it gives the glossiest finish that’s so shiny you can almost see yourself in its reflection, but also because it hangs around for a fair ol’ while. I usually use Red Carpet Manicure shades, but they lack a good taupe in their range, so I subbed in the Sensationail Polish in Taupe Tulips and it’s what I’m planning on throwing on my toes for the foreseeable future.

5) Thank You Hair. My hair has really been through the wringer recently thanks to having a tonne of colour shoved on it and a little (now covered) bleach and I’m very thankful that on the whole it isn’t too damaged by the whole thing. Now I’m back to brunette I obviously want to keep things fade-free, so have enlisted the help of Bleach London’s Live Forever Shampoo and Conditioner. Anything else I need to add to my coloured hair repertoire?
