Sephora, Spring and a Seriously Tasty Recipe

Five Things copy copy

It’s time to bundle together the best of beauty, fashion and everything in between from the past seven days. Edited down to five of the top products, videos, posts, releases and the rest that have had me clicking away:

1. Sephora Haulin’. Of course I couldn’t resist a little Sephora splurge while in New York over the New Year and I’ll finally be getting round to uploading a good ol’ fashioned haul video tomorrow. 9am tomorrow here – be there or be square.

2. My Bold Makeup YouTube Love. I’m a pretty neutral gal when it comes to my makeup 99.9% of the time but sometimes I want colour, I want smoke and I want to wear a shedload of the stuff and when that urge occurs there’s one place I head to – Jaclyn Hill’s YouTube channel. Check. Her. Out. She’s funny, talented and is the Queen of a colourful smokey eye.

3. LP’s Brookie Recipe. Man are these awesome. Not only are these easy to make, you’ll already have the ingredients in your cupboards and they go down a storm. I’ve already passed on the recipe to three family members, but be warned – the recipe makes a huge batch, though that’s not really a bad thing, eh?

4. Rekindling My Feelings for the Naked 3. While the original Naked drop will forever and always be my favourite, the pinker toned one of the three is really floating my boat recently. I’ve become quite the fan of Buzz all over the lid, with a bit of Nooner in the crease (my fave colour of the 12) – but more on that here.

5. Spring’s Beauty Drop. The first batch of beauty launches for the year always has a special place in my heart. It’s always, pinky, perky and I’m guaranteed to make a purchase or two. Benefit’s Puff Off would be my pick so far; a de-puffing, cooling, shimmer-free formula that tightens and brightens the under eye. But I do love the CHANEL Spring ’15 collection too, with the Le Vernis in Tenderly being my favourite item from the limited edition range.
