I thought it was about time for a running playlist update seeing as I’ve been on a downloading spree since my last one and there’s been some old-skool absolute TUNES added. Here’s the thing. I love to run with music. It makes the whole process a little more enjoyable. Though I do recommend the one ear in/one ear out set-up as it saves you from being trampled by fast runners that sprint by you at a speed you only thought was achievable by car and cyclists. It also allows you to listen to your breathing pattern, or in my case – my panting pattern. So here’s what music I’ve been pumping through my solo earbud recently….

These songs fall into one of two categories. Either I know all the words and have done since my teenage years, or they’re real thumping songs that make me plod round that little bit quicker. If I was all techny and snazzy I’d rustle up some kind of Spotify playlist for you or something, but instead feel free to do a copy and paste job into iTunes. So retro.
