THE SUMMER DRESS EDIT

If you’re an old-timer round here then you’ll already know that dresses aren’t really my thing. I have a handful that I go back to time and time again but they are all simple, plain pieces that can be dressed up with accessories rather than being the ‘showstopper’ itself – you know what I mean? For that reason I’d invest in high-street pieces for my day-to-day dresses (I’m happy to make the odd exception for a dress that would double up as an occasionwear piece), and go wild with strap sandals and chunky gold jewellery.
