The Best Nail Polish Remover Ever?

Nail polish remover isn’t my usual object of affection, but hear me out on this one. A formula that wipes off varnish in one quick swoop and in a handy ‘push-down-to-dispense’ pump that you can eek out the perfect amount without botching up a perfectly lacquered on mani from – sounds like the polish remover dreams are made of, right? Well it exists, in the form of Zoya’s 3-in-1 Remove+. This stuff gets off lacquer – seriously fast. Blink and you miss it. It’s also supposed to work as a nail prepper; giving a cleaner than cleaner base for your first layer to adhere too. I’m not convinced on that claim just yet, but it does leave your beds feeling squeaky and a good dehydrated nail is supposed to equal a longer lasting paint job.

But lets get down to the real selling point here. That pump. How cool is that? It works so well I’m baffled why all removers don’t come housed in this sort of set up. So the formulas good but I can’t say I won’t be refilling this bottle up with the cheapie stuff from Boots when this runs out. Cause I will. And there are two snags *le sigh*: price – at around the £10 mark it ain’t cheap and availability – I picked mine up from Whole Foods, but you can grab it online at Amazon. And yes the gif above is made all the more better when soundtracked by this.

  • Shrutilaya

  • Mika Avila

My local Etude House (Korean skincare + makeup brand) started selling empty containers with the same pump and I can’t wait to get one! I’ll use it for my makeup remover as well as my nail polish remover.

  • Love the gif, LOL! I really want to try the Zoya nail polish remover, I heard great things about it!

  • Lidl used to do a nail polish remover in the same packaging for about £2, the formula wasn’t anything amazing but it did the job! Not sure it’s still available but worth a look if anyone is after a similar dispenser! xx

  • This looks amazing, the gif made me giggle too!

  • Alisha B

LOL Anna you are hilarious. I can’t wait til we get these in Australia so i can.. ahh.. push it?

  • Sinead O’Reilly

Looks cool, but I like to buy the 89p supermarket brand. Cheap and nasty, but it gets the job done, and I can spend the money I saved on products worth investing in. x

  • Maquillage Magic

that does look cool! Really like the pump, does it get off glitter nail varnish easily too?? L xxx

  • MyBeautysleuth Sarah

Looks like a really good idea! A little pricey compared to usual.

  • Grace Collier
  • Stevie

My mums a Nail Tech and has had one of these for years, they’re so much easier to use! This one looks fab too but I think you’re right about the £10 price tag!

    Stevie |

  • Katie Allen

I have been wanting this simply for the pump. But the price! I may just pick it up and then refill it with the dollar remover when it’s gone.

  • Thanks for the feature! We’re now obsessed with this gif 🙂 Just as a tip, we recommend swiping Remove+ over the nail to cleanse & prep the nail immediately before applying the base. The reasoning is that if there is any moisture or natural oils on the nail bed, the polish won’t adhere properly to the nail (causing chips, peeling, etc). Also, since it’s a mild acetone formula with moisturizing agents, it actually won’t dehydrate the nails, win-win!

One more thing (sorry!), we actually have a distributor in the UK who should be able to tell you where you can easily find out products in your area. You may even be able to purchase on their website!

  • How cool is that pump! Thanks for this post – I’ve been looking for a decent polish remover for so long and this looks perfect!

  • Tenneil

I’ve been so curious to try this Zoya nail polish remover for years, but I actually forgot about it until now. I’m a sucker for a gimmick and even better when it’s actually useful!

  • Ada Strauss

Looks really great! My nail polish removers all come from the drugstore: cheap and easy. They seem to do the trick, but I the worst is removing glitter polish. I’d rather chop off my nails.

    Ada | thespianxx

  • Hahahaha had a good chuckle when I clicked your soundtrack link – excellent! Love the look of this nifty little dispenser, here’s hoping for a swift cheap Boots copy soon.

  • Nita

I wonder if it works as good on glitter polish because it’s so time consuming taking it off! If it does, I may have to switch over, so I can have sparkle on my finger tips more often!

  • I adore Zoya nail polish and did not know about this, *added to wishlist*.

    Thank you,
    Sophie @ x

  • Heels Forever

Really want to try the pump! xxx

Wow, where has this little beauty been hiding. What a fab idea, no need to ruin your other nails! Your right though, why on earth don’t all nail varnish removers have this funky little pump?

    Kayla x

  • Emily Allen

This looks perfect, I’m guilty of always spilling half the tub of remover on me when trying to carefully put it on my cotton pad, this looks perf for a clutz like me :p xx Emmi

  • Nicola

That gif really is better with the soundtrack…is it bad I want to buy it just so I can sing that as I remove polish? xx

  • Allie H

I always use way to much remover when taking off polish, this could be perfect for me x x x x

  • Gabbii

love the pump – will give it a try after this post!

  • Victoria Reilly

That soundtrack would have worked much better without the advertisement… damn!

You can get similar pumps from nail supply shops, plus a litre of acetone or non-acetone remover for about a fiver.

  • This looks amazing! I love the idea of the pump. I have gotten frustrated lately with my nail polish remover especially when it comes to removing those pesky glitter polishes!

  • Trudy Wang

    lippmann’s nail remover also has a pump…

  • roshkud

  • Minnies Blog

vivianna, this nail polish remover is AMAZING and i have used it a few months it leaves that clean shiny nails afterwards! We would love you to check out our blog as you tweeted out twitter @minniesblog .

  • Spritely

I know its expensive, but its the only remover I can use. You see, its a husband sanctioned item in my household….

I’ve tried oodles of others & my husband cannot stand the smell of acetone. Even when I told him the difference in price between the Zoya & straight up acetone, he didn’t blink & told me to stop @ Ulta on the way home & pick up another bottle. I only wish they sold a Mega sized bottle to refill the pump bottle….

  • I LOVE Zoya’s nail polish! It seriously is the best I’ve ever tried!

  • Daniella

    cool post!

  • I should also try this! I love the packaging and the effect seems very intriguing.

  • Icaria

That is soooo cool! I’m going to see if I can grab this in a store here. I’m really tired of drugstore removers for they take forever to dissolve n/p.

  • This is my favorite nail polish remover, hands down! I initially bought it just because of the pump, but then the actual remover turned out to be amazing too. Love it!

  • Jas

I love Zoya! I just saw the Body Talk video and your excitement over this was both adorable and completely understandable!!!!

  • mara

    totally my new favorite remover!

  • Vera

where can you get the zoya nailpolishes ?

    • Becks

including the oh-so-of-the-moment Pixie Dust (liquid-sand) polishes,
