My Business Cards

The deal with bloggers getting business cards, I always thought was a bit nooby. However after much pressuring from my Dad (he seriously thinks I’m running some kind of multi-million pound business from my bedroom, which I am very obviously not), and seeing some fellow bloggers gorgeous cards (particularly this post from Zoe, The London Lipgloss) – I finally caved. I did a bit of research and MOO seemed like the perfect place to get them from – good quality, completely customisable, and the website made my laugh. After some twiddling around on their website, I ended up with these….
MOO Rounded Corner Business Cards

I decided to go for a picture that I took ages ago for the front image design – just a random collection of makeup that I love on my dressing table, without sounding lame I thought it summed up my blog quite well and of course it’s always better to use images you have taken yourself. The back information-y bit is in all honesty a blatant rip off of Zoe’s with a few minor alterations. I guess the most important things to include are: your blog name, URL, what it is you blog about, any accolades you may have (eh eh you spot mine there) and perhaps your email address if you fancy popping it on. The design process was super easy, really user-friendly for design novices like myself and I chose the cheapest delivery option which I think meant they took about a week to come. MOO cards do look d’bomb, but they don’t come cheap. I brought 50 and I think it came to around £24 – ouch! But I did pay around £2 extra to have the rounded edges (which I really secretly love), and another £2 for a card holder – although don’t make the same mistake as me as they come in a card holder already! You definitely don’t need an extra one! Now here is the thing, I have had them for a few weeks now and the only people that I have given them out to are my Mum and my Grandma (who both thought they were amazing!), so I haven’t actually had the guts to hand these over and ‘network’ yet, ah well I’m sure the time will come – I still have bloody 48 left!
Much Love,
Vivianna x
