The Prettiest Blush Palette of Them All & My Perfect Perfume Combo

It’s time to bundle together the best of beauty, fashion and everything in between from the past seven days. Edited down to five of the top products, videos, posts, releases and the rest that have had me clicking away:

1. Burberry’s Gold Take on Christmas. Well doesn’t this look lovely? There are a whole host of cosmetics launching exclusively for Burberry’s Xmas ’14 drop, but the main pull is that they’re all beautifully coated in gold instead of the usual silver get-up. My favourite piece aside from the Gold Glow Fragranced Luminising Powder, which quite frankly is too pretty to even swatch let alone use, is the Lip Mist in Oxblood. I loved it already – but in the gold packaging? Perfection. Just hold your horses because it’s out in November.

2. Oribe Maximista Thickening Spray. Ever since my hair went from mid-length to short I keep running my fingers through it and being shocked at where the strands stop. I love it and luckily though my styling routine has gone from not much to still….well, not much, I have upped it in the product category, re-picking up my ol’ fave Oribe spritz to get some texture and volume in there. It’s like (good) second day hair in a bottle.

3. My Current Perfume Combo. Liz Earle’s Botanical Essence Eau de Parfum No.1No.15 = autumn perfume goodness. The oriental and sorta’ sexy notes of No.15 with the freshness that comes through on No.1. I’m seriously in love. It’s like my go-to winter and summer scents mixed together and I seriously can’t stop sniffing myself.

4. The Blush Palette That May Just Be the Prettiest of Them All. I hear that ‘canned angels singing noise’ whenever I open and close the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Palette. Three shades of one of the most softest, easiest to wear blushers I’ve come across in compact form and with one limited edition colour thrown in there for bonus points. It should be hitting counters right about now so keep your Space NK N.Dulge card handy and your eyes out.

5. Sarah’s Running Stretches. Mark and I have done Sarah’s Post-Running Stretch Routine so many times that we could do it with our eyes closed – we just put it on for her words of encouragement. Well, now there’s a pre-running routine and it’s quick, easy and makes me feel all nice and limbered up before heading out into the cold. On your marks…
