A couple of weeks ago I asked for your foodie and fitness related questions on Twitter and now I’ve finally got round to posting my answers (cheers for all the Q’s guys!). There’s a bit of everything in this video from my favourite foods, to what I like to eat post-workout, to what I actually do in my workouts, how I’m finding having a Personal Trainer, plus there are lots of shots of me looking super sweaty/in pain at the gym – keeping it real, you know? As a sidenote, the gym are über cool with filming in the there so if there’s anything else you’d like to see then holler. Just prepare yourselves for some more footage of me looking like I’m giving birth.
