The Week #36

The Week Template

The Week in Instagram @ViviannaMakeup: Leaving New York with a slightly heavier case than I arrived with // The new Alexa Chung book stopped me succumbing to my jet lag // They see me swatchin’ // Watching the Ruffian SS14 show (all the deats here) // I don’t think this slice of cheesecake is big enough // Fruit or macaroons? That’s an easy choice… // A few more US beauty buys // Losing my ShakeShack virginity // The Birchbox x Ruffian nails backstage

The Week in VDM Posts: The Weekend Post #88: Girls Night Out // New York Haulin’ // A Day in Food // The American Dream // A Natural Deodorant THAT WORKS // Things I’ve Learnt from Allure // The New York Vlog // An Ode to Individual Lashes // My Mani Mantra // The Guide to Curled Lashes

Product Pick of the Week: Unite 7 Seconds Conditioner* – is there anything that this product doesn’t do? Four or so spritzes through the lengths of my hair post-wash makes knotty hair a breeze to brush through and works as a colour locker-inner, a UV and thermal protecter and a leave-in conditioner. This, combo-ed up with my Tangleteezer means the end of watery eyes when combing through my locks.

Blog Post of the Week: After spending the weekend in NY with her, I’ve become slightly addicted to the lovely Patricia’s blog – Moments of Style. And boy can that girl dress! While Lily and I slopped around in glorified joggers and sweaters for our flight, Patricia cruised in in an all white ensemble and looking fabulous. My new style icon.

Must-Watch of the Week: It’s got to be Lily’s three-part New York vlogging extravaganza. It’s actually come in very handy when telling people about our trip; every single member of my family has watched all three (even my Dad!) to get a gauge of what we got up to. My Mums response? Go to bed and sleep, you must be exhausted. Bless.

Added to the Wishlist this Week: With things starting to cool down a little, I’m turning my attention back to candles – cause that’s what autumn is all about, right? Malin + Goetz Dark Rum Candle is top of my to-burn list; a warming mix of patchouli, amber, leather and yep you’ve guessed it – rum. Yum.
