How did that happen?

I only remembered this past weekend that it was nearing the end of November and December was due to start THIS WEEK. In my head I’ve been living in October for a really long time and I just haven’t quite got my head around the fact that the festive season is literally around the corner. Heck – we’ve only just got round to picking names for our family’s secret santa this year. See? It’s not just me still trundling along in imaginary autumn. But I’m glad I remembered the actual date in the nick of time because I actually have some things to show you that I’ve really been enjoying using through this mash-up month of October/November/whatever it is.

Seeing as I ramble on about my favourites for almost 15 minutes this month, I’d thought I’d spare you a regurgitation and instead have a chat about some YouTubers that I’ve been watching whilst I’m brushing my teeth, doing my makeup, making dinner and whenever else I have my phone precariously propped up somewhere. Here’s who I’ve been loving…

I mentioned in my ‘Fitness & Food’ Vlog that I’ve been motivated by a lot of fitness gals on YouTube lately and Sarah’s Day has been my absolute fave. She’s Australian and beautiful and tanned and I basically want to be her best mate. She’s also a bit of a yogi which makes me want to get on my mat again. Speaking of yogis, I love Cat Meffan. I’d been following her on Instagram for ages, but her videos are fab too. She posts routines, haul videos and general fitness chit chat. Warning: her latest video will make you want ALL THE SWEATY BETTY. Of course I find myself watching Carly Rowena too. I think it’s really interesting to watch her vlogs and see her workouts and mini ‘What I Eat in a Days’ throughout the week.

In terms of beauty, there are three girls that whenever they post I save their videos until I have time to watch them properly – no distractions or tab browsing here. Kathleen Lights is such a sweetheart. She’s so darn genuine and I love watching her tutorials and eagerly wait for the ‘DAS EXPENSIVE’ catchphrase like the fangirl that I am. Mariah Leonard and Jamie Paige are internet mates and I find their videos to be so informative. I practically write a new shopping list every time I watch something from each of them. If you want a no-BS guide to beauty, you have to check them out.

I feel like I’ve well and truly got lost down the luxury fashion rabbit hole. Bag reviews are my jam and actually very useful when it comes to making informed, sensible (HA!) purchases. Lydia Elise Millen is my go-to for all things luxe. Her bag collection is immense and her style is classic – a girl can dream, eh? Lily Melrose is fab for all things style-related too. I can’t get enough of her editing and her slick videos. I leave every video thinking that I must make my faux fur coat dreams come true.

One dream that has come true though is my wish for a onesie that also ticks off the leopard print box. Oh yes, you have to see it to believe it…
