New-in at Cult Beauty

If there was a prize for most refreshed page on my internet browser, it’s a no-brainer – Cult Beauty’s ‘What’s New’ landing page (well except a certain page containing ‘the sidebar of shame’, but let’s discount that). I’ve been a fan since back in the day, when it launched five years ago by a beauty junkie duo who scour the world, quite literally, for the best of the cosmetics bunch on offer, placing their handpicked findings up on Cult Beauty for our pickings – isn’t that nice of ’em? They’ve sourced some absolute crackers: Escentric Molecules, Jouer Cosmetics, Anastasia Beverly Hills, RMS Beauty, Fig + Yarrow, to name just a snippet of their brand directory that get a big thumbs up from me. But here’s the edit that’s been gracing their ‘What’s New’ page over recent weeks and a look into the crystal ball at what’s to come…

Anastasia Brow Genius Kit* – £18 – launches 4th April. Anastasia just bring it when it comes to brows. Even the ultimate Queen of brows, Cara Delevingne said she likes to brush on their Tinted Gel – can they do no wrong? Well no, not really; although their newest launch may be the trickiest to master from their brow booty featuring a double ended brush, a loose powder and a clear waterproofing gel to keep everything in place come rain, shine or sweat. Too fussy for me to master on a daily basis, but a product I’ll reach for when I’m in a beefy brow mood nonetheless.

Sunday Riley Cosmetics* – £20-£40 – just launched. With a top selling skincare line under their belt, you can now own your very own piece of Sunday Riley without the three figure pricetag courtesy of their new makeup offering. The pictured above Prismasilk Eye Colour in Solstice is the eyeshadow baby equivalent of MAC’s Sable and Cranberry, and the Creme Gloss in Cherry Pie gives a light sheen of fushcia to the lips without looking too stark. After seeing the looks created with this range that cropped up during fashion week season I have high hopes and the Liquid Light Colour Correcting Luminous HD Foundation halfway in my basket.

Rahua Travel Size Shampoo & Conditioner Set* – £12 – just launched. I’ve given Rahua a go before, but only from a filmsy one-use sachet, so it’s nice to see a more user friendly way to test this cult hair cleansing duo from your own bathroom before indulging in the full-size bad-boys. Perfect for sampling or travelling, naturally I’m gravitating more to their voluminous promising lineup and happily sudded and swished away with this in my locks for my weekend hairwash – could this be a new addition to the mid-chop haircare rotation?

Jouer Tinted Lip Enhancer* – £12.50 – just launched. And please welcome to the lipgloss arena a challenger for the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector. Yep, it’s true, the whole non-sticky, lightweight gloss thing is catching on and Jouer are next to jump on the bandwagon. Glossy, yet gripping, without the gloopy texture and available in three shades – I’m struggling to find a difference between the two. Bellini, a sheer peach has been pumping up my pout.

If you’d like to do some CB damage then now is the time with free wordwide shipping – score – I certainly did and thus have now fallen back into my postman stalking ways. And add the ‘What’s New’ page to your bookmarks. Your bank balance won’t thank me but you’ll be rubbing your thighs in makeup eye-candy delight each time you take a visit, trust me.
