Eyelash Extensions

I had eyelash extensions* applied a few weeks ago now, but I haven’t had a chance to speak about them on the blog yet as I really wanted to give them a good test before I opened my big gob. I got them applied by Asma at Boudoir Lashes, she was an absolute babe, the process was relaxing, simple and the results bloody amazing. When it comes to makeup I’m all about the base and the lashes, so it was pretty much a dead cert that I would love them. I’ve had them in for about two and a half weeks now and they are still going strong. I’m going to wait for them to all fall out so I can give you a full review but when they do I will be running straight back to Asma for her to pop another pair in as they are just so bloomin’ convenient.

It now takes me about five minutes to get ready in the morning, all I do is throw on some foundation, the Jemma Kidd Light As Air Foundation in Shade 2 in the this picture, apply some By Terry Touche Veloutee in Beige under the eyes. Then I groom through the lashes with a spoolie just to make sure they are all separated and have a quick brush through the brows as well. For cheeks I have been dusting on some NARS Laguna, I’m going through that stuff like it’s going out of fashion at the moment and then I pop some MAC Melba on the cheeks. Lips I have been changing it up and going for a more pink colour, and here I’m wearing one I don’t pick up too often – MAC Angel. So quick, so simple, plus I get extra time in bed in the morning and you guys know how much I like my sleep.

Like I said I’ll do a full-on review when they have all shed and I will get down to the nitty gritty then but until then I’d love to hear what you have been slapping on your little faces this week! Let me know šŸ™‚
